You talk about Foxconn bringing jobs to the US.... OK but tell why a Taiwanese company would be inclined to shut down production in Taiwan and start production in the US?
FoxConn ONLY exists because HP and Apple don't want to build their stuff in CA or the USA like they used to....

I've already explained the math that we could reduce the rate to zero, have Apple give ALL the money to the CEO as salary and probably come out AHEAD because the CEO would be taxed at 40% PLUS since he lives in CA he'd pay about 13% tax here....

but they could also use the money to manufacture stuff to sell here and the workers would pay taxes PLUS they'd pay taxes on stuff they buy with their new jobs.
