It's just that they haven't contacted Apple directly - yet. Oh don't worry - some ambulance chaser will start a class action. They always do.

Tens of thousands of of complaints, including photos, and it's an issue that worsens with time. It's just that they haven't contacted Apple directly - yet. That in itself is kind of interesting. Out of "tens of thousands" of complaints, only nine, so, less than 0.1%, have contacted Apple about it? Now I'm not saying everyone, or even necessarily a majority, would make contacting Apple about it a top priority. But 99.9% have as their first instinct to shout their complaints to the world and not to Apple? That seems far-fetched to put it extremely mildly.

Btw, can you provide a link to your source that there are tens of thousands complaints?
