Hey Kirk....we have different interpretations of warfare and how it changed.

TWO WMDs on Japan.
That probably did change the idea of warfare between major powers (USA, Russia, Britain, China and France).
And these WMD probably held back an outbreak of war.

My reference about VietNam was that large skirmishes by two armies that belong to a bygone day

One of the Vietnamese generals predicted early in the War that Americans would lose because they were trading million dollar helicopters for ten cent bullets . The Russians learned a similar lesson in Afghanistan

I apologize for calling GZ (ground zero ) a ZERO. I was just using an abbreviated form of his name. I was making no reference to his intellectual capacity. Much like you might call Albert ...Al.

Calling GZ a Zero was very unchristian of me. That's almost as bad as calling an atheist ....a God fearing person.

Getting back to stock talk......what are your predictions for the earning season????

Here I though Warfare changed forever when the very same President prevented the US general from using WMD in the Korean war on Chinese troops gathering and crossing the china Korean border and attacking UN troops.. Also ordered a troop pull back to the 38th parallel giving back all the territory gained with blood and lives.
