All: Talked to Helen This Evening She said the NY internet Show went Great, was trying to track down some of the attendies but Peter was still in the east meeting with potential customers. Neil Wyann was on the phone all Day with contacts from the show. Neil Also went to san diego sunday to demo the tempest for a potential customer. Helen said Neil Got in Saturday. got a call from this show contact. Wanted to see the tempest demo sunday. So Neil Went down there sunday. Sounds like there interested!!!!!! But Helen said she has not been able to corner anyone to find out the whole Scoop. They have been to busy on the Phone with contacts. Status of the 250 Sites BY EOY. Frank is (Negotiating) With Several Carriers For better Backbone to deploy the network. That is the main reason for the Delay. Once Contracts are signed its Hells bells There ready to deploy!!!. One Should Be very Soon. Status of NASDAQ. Helen Said this is debated Everyday, They Qualify For small Cap NOW But Qualify in every way for Big board except $5.00. So the Big Question is do we Spend 50grand now go for Small Cap or Wait till (end of year) beginnning of next year and apply for the Big board???. My feeling is there is some news around the corner that will help with the 5 buck price. Wait for End of year selling announce some contracts. 5 Bucks and Franklin Applies for the Big board only spends the 50 grand ONCE. I like That. Status of the Tempest production. Helen said as of Friday there up to 30 per day. Yes I did say 30 per Day. Some are going for Evaluations some are being sold out right, some are going to FNET (Stockpiled) so that when Frank signs the First Carrier contract there Ready. Helen said it only takes about 2 hours to set one up so it will happen fast. Last but not least the stockholders meeting on the 27th. Told Helen that I'm out there for a Company Meeting in Irvine and would be avalable for the 24th. it would be OK with me if the Date was changed to the 24 instead of the 27th. She talked to Frank and said that was a good IDEA. Guess I have some PULL. Thats About It, Sounds like things are huming along. I feel were at the same point as Sept. before the annoucement of the Tempest where the price was SLOWLY drifting down then we Exploded. Now If you read this far. The part about me getting them to change the date of the Stockholder's meeting IM just PULLING everyone's LEG. (That's the ONLY PULL I have) THE date is Still the 27th of Feb.
