Scott,

I think you may be a little high on your estimate but probably in the ballpark. I do wish someone could explain to me how the "professionals" can trade these things right up to the deadline ( i.e MVSI today 500000+) whereas our brokers need upwards of a week notice to handle the conversion.

BTW, so who died?

Gary

Scott: My biggest concern is the group I labeled The Hopeful and someone else called The Patient. Despite the data from MVSI showing 500,000 warrants changing hands on the last day (I don't trust that number), I get concerned about a lack of buyers in the last day or two of the call. Unless a price divergence opens up between the warrant and the common, I can't satisfactorily answer the question, "How are those who buy warrants in the last few hours going to profit from the transaction?"

? what time on 12/22 does BNGOW expire?
? won't they be useless 2 or three business days before 12/22 because the purchaser's broker must have time to convert?
My broker writes "BNGOW expires Dec. 22nd & they must receive instructions no later than 2 business days in advance"
