If the merger has already taken place then RMCW doesn't exist and the funding should be to RMIL. If the merger hasn't taken place then RMIL shouldn't be stating that they are a producer of "pure spring and premium artesian drinking water."

Now, it could be that these are simple mistakes of wording by personnel at RMIL....but if they can't get a press release right, why should I expect them to run a company and compete with the giants?

BTW, this is just one example of many inconsistencies.

We have been advised on this board that the releases are reviewed by the legal department prior to release. Any mistakes are corrected?
The personnel first write it, then the legal staff review it. After this procedure, the releases must be accurate.
