LOL.....the USA will never allow Canada to build export pipelines to the west or east coast, unless the oil will be sold exclusively to the USA at a discount to world prices.

The other party with more than a passing interest in this, besides the US, is China IMO - given their historical relationship with India. However, given the recent BS with state-run PetroChina trying to back out of the deal with Athabasca Oil and IMO trying to 'legitimize' that by China charging individuals at PetroChina with corruption, who wants to deal with them? Interesting.
