Just imagine rising above his surroundings while still having his DUTIES? Incredible heart and soul. But having such power...he could.

But guess what? There were (probably) people wiser than him in the army...who could not. But that does not go against Marcus, of course. Thumbs up to him. I still dip into his meditations from time to time.
