I received the following e-mail from the FOOL. The parenthesis << >> refers to extracts from my e-mail to the FOOL. Any one like to comment?

<<Your reply is a patent attempt to wriggle of the hook.>>

You're kidding, right? We admit wrong all the time, pal. I believe there were two corrections in tonight's Evening News.

With regards to Bay missing revenue estimates for the quarter (which I clearly stated), that's the facts, jack. Check out the DLJ report....if you can get access to it. Opps...unfortunately for individual investors, DLJ deals only with institutional analysts.

<What Bay said to this or that analyst privately is not known.>>

Yeah it is. He wrote about it.

<<If you claim to have checked it out with the DLJ analyst, have you considered that he misunderstood Bay or misinterpreted the data given.>>

Have you considered that he might actually be right?

<<Rather than undo the damage you have done, you compounded it.>>

Good, I hope the company actually starts giving stuff like revenue breakdowns to individual investors. It is unfortunate that individual investors like youself have to take up the cause of a company that is gving you the short-shrift on the information dissemination front.

Regards,

Randy Befumo TMF Tempir), a Fool.

Thank you for the investor relations e-mail. I sent a mesage to them
this morning asking them to investigate the Fool's comments and if appropriate to release a statement clarifying the issues.
