Question for anybody who might know.

It is possible to determine WHO ownes the 1.5 million shares that are short?

I ask this question because I wonder if it is possible that the insiders are affiliated with someone or some entity that is selling these shares short but could avoid the insider trading disclosure laws. By doing so, they (Stu, Mu, and Du) would be able to hedge their shares that they proudly say THEY (i.e. Stu, Mu and Du) have never sold.

Just some paranoia in these troubling times.

For the record, I expect to see a major rebound after year-end.

Marc

Hi Jerry,
Thanks for picking up where I left off.
I haven't been in the stock since it was in the high sixes, and though I keep an eye on it, I'm not ready to touch it yet.

Dear Ed,
it is the transient people like you that come and go that turn my stomach and make me labor with my head between my legs in great effort to control my desire to purge the contents within myself.

Hey Ed, you say:

It is the transient stock players like yourself that cause me to place my head between my knees while I labor to keep from purging my inward contents on the innocent bystanders surrounding me.

Ooops a double message....
Sorry I can't say sorry for it.

I guess I just have a problem with Ship abandonment.
Ed is just a little smarter than most....

Ed you are a piece....and now all reading this board realize it.

Auf Wiedersehen

Hi, Ed. Can you, as a long time follower of this stock and poster to this thread, give your views as to the current fundamentals of the company? What prompted you to sell the stock when you did? What is your view as to the future of the fonix technology? If positive, when do you suspect a good entry point is for purchase?
I am short the stock (still) as you may know, but am still interested in the opinions of the long side.
Thanks for your posts in the past.
