Correct, but part of that speculation is that several of these loopholes may close. Of course, if all close and the $12B savings last year evaporates completely for forward years, the impact would be huge. And if it takes the form of a minor effective rate increase not kicking in for 5 years, as you suggest, then it would be minimized... perhaps a few % on the stock valuation at most. Will be interesting to see how it pans out. Either way, it looks like it will be a minor, medium, or major hit... that the days of the haven are numbered.
