No, the Bible is full of 'imaginary Israelites' that didn't exist as Israelites. What the bible describes & clearly shows is there were many loose related primitive tribes/shmucks going far back that worshipped many cult gods.. They had to really have contact with higher civilizations like the Babylonians, Egyptians, Hellenes & Persians before we see them even getting near to that 'group hug', pious golden rule stage. That takes centuries, practically down to the time of jesus and they're still violent ISIL fanatics even then.

Brum dum was trying to protest that Hebrew/Judaism was some all inclusive welcoming religion, bullshit. They were far from this and the Hellenes are the ones that bring in this open policy of intermarriage & tolerance when these primitive bullshitters were trying to remain enthically pure by centuries of practicing tribal genocide.

Which is so ironic isn't it?

How do we know the Hellenes were tolerant? Do we need the Bible for this? Or just maybe the fact that they let these loose funny group of unskilled sling shot wielding goat-priests live & didn't annihilate them.

You see we don't need the bible to tell us about real history and its always humorous to me to find that more than 1/2 the "Jews" didn't even want to return to Jerusalem, those were the smart ones who chose to stay in Babylon or move over to Egypt later. <bg.
