You are right, I'd never make it as the spend all you make millenium.... The money bags built this in the old Sear Parking lot... zillow.com I hate how it destroys the neighborhood quality of life with gridlock traffic to build all these everywhere... but look at the rents. This is only true if you drive in off commute times. Google employees and their vans to deliver stuff have gridlock on San Antonio Rd... Giggle gives them everything from food to laundry so all they need is a closet to sleep... so they spend what the government doesn't take in taxes to live here. How much do you have to earn to clear enough for a 2b/2b apartment? CA income taxes are 9.3 to 13.3%....
