Thanks.....Mr. Quarterdeck! So now here we sit at 1.50ish. CyberMedia hit an all time high of 33.125 x 12.3 Million Shares or Market Cap High of $407 Million. We're at $60 Million today in market cap give or take....I'll take your worst case of 30 million convert at $1. So there's 70 Million out at $1.00............Just playing with numbers now...$5.81 a share would match CyberMedias' Market Cap High with 70 Million out. And it would get better if share prices increased from $1....and worse if lower than $1.....nothing if the new products don't sell...I guess I'm comfortable with that......still falls within the 5 to 1 return I am looking for....and I'll take the risk.
