That does not men he included the pension in his budget. A "pitch" or proposal" cannot be taken to the bank. he is right to bring up the problem. It must be funded and the pension thieves in the press this last year need to be jailed.

Who the hell cares about retired old fart school teachers in California, especially those that moved there from another state?
