Ali, compaq distribute the product not buy from MS. BIG difference. compaq is not the final customer.

Will the gas station has right to add something (like water) into the gas they "BROUGHT" from refineries?

In the US all business is conducted by agreement. If I sell you a product and 'we' agree that you will not sell the product in peices, then you are required by 'our' agreement to sell it as one piece otherwise I can cancel 'our' agreement.

Unless of course DOJ comes in and says you are too damn rich for this country of poor people and we are not going ot let you make any more money. Screw the consumer and good products that you promise to deliver to them FREE. The samrt people who know how to download IE$.0 can get it but we will be damned if we let you help our citizens who are technically challenged.
