Even Jimmy Carter has discussed Obama's incompetence in handling ISIS. Carter criticizes Obama on ISIS: 'We waited too long' ... This is before you even start talking about the tactics of trying to hide facts from the media, which has them utterly pissed at the Obama administration. This problem isn't going away after the election. The man is a total idiot and everyone knows it. Except you and a couple others here.

even blacks think Obama is incompetent and are voting straight republican this time. the only blacks voting dem are the welfare queens and the black fraud vote in the deep inner cities, where once again there will be 100-110% turn out

Ted, Obama's alleged incompetency is an R myth. There is no substance to it. On the contrary, there is a LOT of substance to it. You should have paid attention back when Ed Klein released his book "The Amateur" in 2012. He compiled a lot of data showing how incompetent the administration was up to that point in time. Since then, Obama continued to screw up left and right, thereby fulfilling his reputation that was first detailed in the book. ObamaCare, Syria, ISIS, and now Ebola are all great examples of how poorly this administration is handling the affairs of this nation. And they happened after 2012. You could argue away each of the examples above as "It doesn't matter" or "Obama tried hard" or "It's those damned Republicans' fault," but in the end, all you have are excuses and nothing substantial to support the view that Obama is actually a great leader and a great administrator.
