That sounds yummy, how do you come up with all of these great ideas? Last night, I made the parmesan crusted chicken, with Mayonnaise and cheese on boneless, skinless chicken, but I used the combination Parmesan and mozzarella cheese plus spices for the chicken..So easy and so good, plus it wasn't over cooked, so that was a plus. Even the grandchildren loved it, so that was a bonus. It is so hard to get something they like to eat besides cookies.
