John,

I don't believe that is a change on Vector Securities or Pacific Crest Securities.

Ever since I started following ACMI in Sept. each of these brokers listed a Buy rating. Different brokers use different rating systems. Zacks has always interpreted the buy recommendation from both Vector Securities and Pacific Crest Securities as Strong Buy (1.0) recommendations. For example some brokers 1.0 recommendation is a strong buy, a 2.0 is a buy, a 3.0 is a hold. Others use a buy as a 1.0, accumulate as a 2.0, and 3.0 as a hold. I have been checking Zacks at least once a week since Sept. and have never seen anything other than a buy from these two. I did notice that Hancock Institutional/Tucker Anthony's recommendation had expired on Zacks for being over 90 days old.

Thanks for checking Zacks for me. I don't use the paid service because I am able to get most of what I want from Zacks free elsewhere.
