re turn up

Does anyone know if Nextel is usually a participant in the "Santa Claus rally"??
And do you think we will have one this year, with all the bad world news?

News came across Bloomberg News-New York, 12/14/97, article states Nextel will be offering new, lighter weight phones. Phones will have
two lines one for business, second for personal use. States Nextel is testing a high speed internet-access service transmitted through a browser on the phone.

Obviously Nextel has bigger plans in data services. If you combine all the features, on a national basis & with the potential implications of what appears to be coming, it will certainly create generous profits.
