You got me thinking.... According to Trader's almanac, for the 20 years from 1993 through 2012, the results for the INDU are (counted myself):

Wednesday before Thanksgiving: 7 negative, 13 positive days

Friday after: 7 neg, 13 positive

Monday after: 11 neg, 9 positive

There is a clear bullish bias. Not a huge one, but significant.

The one that stands out is 2008 -- triple digit gains on Wed and Fri, followed by an almost 700 point down day on Monday. Wow. We already forgot how it was.
