Not to be too sanguine about it, I expect a number of things will play into saving the Dem party, which is merely waiting on the bench until the current "dark cloud" passes..

The current Democrat malady can be pretty much explained here..

Message 29823580

..thru no fault, save the circumstances of his birth, the current POTUS has faced irrational, ignorance driven headwinds, that have compounded his effective execution of his office

These forces will dissipate like a fart in a whirlwind when the Dems return to a player of the Caucasian persuasion, a virtual certainty for the 2016 election

Any reasonable Democrat will annihilate, again, any member of the clown circus currently maneuvering for the GOP nod

...an odd lot, that without the tailwind of racism, will be great fun to watch as they try to run away from all of the positions they have advocated for the last 6 years

consider the GOP bench

Scott Walker
Ted Cruz
Chris Christie
Rick Perry
Jeb Bush
Mitt Romney
Bobby Jindal
Rand Paul
Marco Rubio
Rick Santorum

I think the GOP will save the Dem party from itself..

Webb sounds very promising. I liked that article. It talks about how the Democrats and the current Administration are dead set on protecting the financial elites. That article has that exactly 100% correct. The Democrats will lose this coming election if they insist on electing Hillary in the Primary. Hillary will double down on Obama's policies of enriching the 1% at the expense of the 99%. It's sad that Obama became part of the problem. He had so much potential in the beginning. But Hillary has ALWAYS been an elitist. She is NOT Bill. Hillary doesn't have one iota of understanding of the plight of the 99%, nor has she spent any time at all in the business sector. Her tenure as Secretary of State was one giant disaster, ending in Benghazi.

I hope the Democrats get their heads out of their asses and go for someone like Webb, or my favorite, Elizabeth Warren. If they elect Hillary, then I'll vote Republican or Libertarian. I suspect Hillary will not get the Centrists voter like me who are Socially Liberal and Economically Conservative. With Obama, we already got 8 more years of Bush Junior. I don't won't yet another 8 years of Bushbama. We don't need BushBamHill. :)
