>> What difference did the video make?

I think Ten makes a good point. He was being portrayed as a total innocent prior to the release of the video, even if for only a day or two.

The reality is that what people "saw" is tainted by what people "headr" and what people "thought", as was illustrated in the grand jury process where some "eyewitness" testimony was shown to have been just made up.

And frankly, that is the reason that it is standard police procedure to transport all witnesses separately for interviews-- even if that means 100 trips to/from police headquarters -- because they will TELL each other what "they" saw and that will taint the stories of those hearing it.

What difference did the video make?

None at all, so why should it bother you?

Were you spoon fed something else to believe?

Why does it upset you so much?

Do you think his mother or grandmother should reap the benefits of the T-shirt sales?

Somebody should be entitled to the cash, doncha agree?

CJ, the video makes the police officer's story more credible than that of the eyewitnesses who claimed that Brown was shot in the back and/or shot with his hands held up in surrender.

Without the video, all we would have is the results of the autopsy, and even then, the left would interpret and twist the results into a narrative that fits the "gentle giant" portrayal of Michael Brown.

That video completely destroys the left's narrative. Now the only people who believe it are those who need to believe in a lie for various reasons.

This has nothing to do with whatever straw men you're trying to argue against. I don't believe that black males are violent, sub-human monsters, and neither do the vast majority of Americans, including white cops.

What difference did the video make?

None to you or Brown's mother. She refuses to believe it. And as it represents reality that contradicts your end, you must refuse to believe it also.

When the end justifies the means......
