I "must," you say??? You're now criticizing what I never said or implied... frankly, it's irrelevant what other countries are doing with oil... the fact is the less dependent the U.S. becomes on foreign oil (in any form), the better, stronger, and more secure the U.S. economy, it's simple mathematics...
