The smart technies out there are not buying because: i) mess re: lawsuit or ii) they don't know about the company. If anybody(or I should say since everybody) wants to know why the VCC and ex-founder want to sell why don't somebody ask them and post the reasons here so we all know. Everybody has a reason for everything (I suppose). Too much speculation here about why they want out. Where are the facts?.

The reason they are not buying the stocks are some. First, its a penny stock. Second xinex is not known by many big institutions. Since its a penny stock they dont even follow it. The BIGGEST REASON IS THAT
FEW PEOPLE KNOW ABOUT XINEX.WHY ARE THEY STILL DOING BETA TESTING , JUST FORGET ABOUT THE WHOLE THING.IT MEANS THE POTENTIAL IS THERE.VCC IS SUING BECAUSE THEY WANT THE PRODUCT FOR THEMSELVES , THATS MY OPINION. LETS WAIT AND SEE WHOS THE WINNER IN ALL THIS!

I was glad to read that Xinex announced earlier today that they have received renewed financial support by Helix Investments of Toronto in the form of a $2 million bridge loan. As you probably know Helix is one of the leading Canadian venture capital firms. Their expertise in evaluating the potential of emerging growth technology companies is unquestionable. They have been the early financial backer of a number of "success stories" in the technology field in Canada and the U.S. in the last several years.

No offense to the people at the VCC, but I believe that Helix' expertise in determining the technological value of Vortex is more specific. Helix has continually supported Xinex over the last 4-5 years and has not seen any return over that period of time. It is unusual for a venture capital firm to put in more money under such circumstances. Their endorsement should be viewed as more than an endorsement of the product but also one of management.
