It's good that DELL see the need to improve in service and support. I recall Mikey D. stating they need to impove. Still at this time you have to agree that DELL is weak in regard to service and support, in comparision to IBM, CPQ and HWP.

Thread, TA observation. DELL 50 day line is about to cross the 100 day line (my favorite indicators) this hasn't happen since 1/3/96 at 8.6 strange that we are about ten times higher today at 87. DELLs stock fell to 5.8 about 32% drop that would be around 59 today. Remember ---> the past is no indication of the future <---- <gg>
