Hi and thank you for your information about the conference
call.

AST has been having the problem of not finding enough
engineers for three years. Right now, the demand for
qualified telecom engineers is greater than before.
AST has not been able to increase its engineer count
in the last 3 years. I don't think it can now. Unless
it uses stock option to attract talents.

Knowing that the profit for AST is capped by labor
(engineering) cost, the profit growth for next year
would be capped by the percent increase of the number
of engineers. So let's hope that AST can hire more
engineers and more importantly stop the huge turn-over
rate as in the past few years.
