Talk actual dollars ... like on your Stuart home, you say you're saving $7000 per year. How much did the system cost .. total dollars. Ditto for your home. The cost and the annual savings. BTW $7K a year sounds very high. I don't spend anywhere close to that for a two story 4 bedroom house in TX. If I lived somewhere where no one has or needs air conditioning (like WA or OR) my costs would be even cheaper.
