I guess we will have to disagree and see how it plays out.

As for stocks breathing in and out.

I've seen many die.

I've seen many disappear.

I've seen YEARS of stocks caught in a range.

So the breathe in and out doesn't quite cut it with the reality of things.

Amat peaked at pre split at 460.. how's it doing some 14 years later.

How did DELL do.

What about Geneva Steel.

Dynergy?

Circuit City?

Too many to list.
