Joey, It will hurt Intel more in $$ but less on damages as they can take the hits.
AMD might forget the under price thing and parice at par. Market response shows that people are willing to pay extra for AMD. So those that buy the chips for 25% less then mark them up more on resale. They could only do that if the market allowed it. In addition the Acer products are priced like Intel equivalents.

Unless prices really start to come down it will be a while
before the II becomes Standard.I recently purchased a 233 MHZ
MMX with Monitor etc and 32 Megs Memory for $1299.No its not a
Packard Bell. The closest II was at least $2100.00 and didnt
include the Monitor. How many people can and/or will pay
$1000 more for the II?
