Hi Kirk,

The fact that Texas and Lousianna have hundreds of drilling rigs off their shore line is the major contributor to the excellent fishing that the many structures have provided habitat for the fish.

If legislation was passed that required all of the rigs to not be visible from the shore then make it 15 miles and out.

The environmentalist pitch on offshore drilling is funded by the big oils.

Big oil does not want competition.

Look what happened when fracing (something that couldn't be done) was innovated into a very successful process.

All it takes is competition and not being stifled by well intended misinformed people (usually funded by big oil).
