No that's the rose colored glasses board where they don't want to hear anything negative about their stock. That's real nice and all but not really a good way to decide where to invest. Smart investors want, indeed they need to hear both sides. If one hates to hear the other side I would say they are losing the argument.

I never take blatant securities violations seriously -- which is why I posted it, but the authorities sure do.

NNVC tanked 31% following the dissemination of a knowingly false rumor accusing NNVC of fraud. I now have in my possession a confession that he "wholly fabricated" a knowingly false rumor accusing NNVC of fraud.

Do you have any idea how illegal that is? NNVC took a 31% nosedive due to that knowingly false rumor. If his goal was to tank NNVC's stock using illegal manipulation via a knowingly false accusation of fraud, then yes it was a raging success. ROFL!!!

That bit was by NNVC_skeptic and was a ruse to get the internet info on Rawnoc. It succeeded marvelously!
