I am not worried about MGBA.

Great stock and Great story behind it and a very low float. If I were worried about it, I would not have bought it in the first place.

Feldman and Redin in NY are doing the Audited Financials for the 12G.

WHOA! 28 Posts.. DGMC ... MGBA are having their financials audited by Feldman & Redin for the 12 G to be out soon. They are going to be reporting and are in the process of the initial paperwork now.
