Obama's said his administration was not going to do any investigations into Benghazi, Fast and Furious, IRS Scandal. VA Scandal, Fort Hood Massacre.

As jallen posted, Holder took about 3 years to "decide" whether he could prosecute anyone. In the end there was insufficient evidence to show criminal activity occurred. “Based on the fully developed factual record concerning the two deaths, the department has declined prosecution because the admissible evidence would not be sufficient to obtain and sustain a conviction beyond a reasonable doubt,” his statement said. It said the investigation “was not intended to, and does not resolve, broader questions regarding the propriety of the examined conduct.” In other words, we don't think it is a good idea to waterboard people, but even though we have extensive (6 million pages, if Feinstein is not lying) of documentation, it isn't enough to prove a criminal act took place.
