You have to think that the car collectors ALREADY have their eyes on Cuba for those cars as soon as exports are allowed. It is probably still illegal to get now but maybe someone in WI could get a dealer in Canada to buy one and have it shipped to Canada then driven to WI... I wonder what it would cost....

That probably was one of the best little V-8s Chevy ever had. I took very poor care of it, changing oil rarely and usually just adding "recycled" oil when the dip stick was low. I really couldn't afford the car... at all, but I HAD to have it. To GM's credit, it was a tough auto. I towed a small boat into the Colorado mountains for years. Drove it on several 1000 mile trips. Never did much except put gas in it. Paid $2080 for it brand new. Drove it away from the dealer with only 7 miles on it. I made payments on that car for 3 years!
