I put in a claim on a BORL class action lawsuit over a year ago and never heard a word. Does anyone know about the result of this suit?

Well, I was lucky and sold enough of my Jan '98s early the next day, so that the cost of ALL my Jan '98s was recovered. I hate to have just broken even on them, though. But I don't think I'm going to sell the remaining ones now; if they expire, so be it.
