Loretta Biggs will be the first black woman to serve as a district judge in North Carolina.” Bendery notes that “forty-two percent of Obama's confirmed judges are women, 19 percent are black and 11 percent are Hispanic, according to data provided by the White House. Like I said, there was a time when that was true. But you used a Kerry comment from 2003. The Sith Lord was very definitely in office at the time. Prior to that, we weren't as closely tracking Saddam. Our intelligence, in fact, was pretty lax. In the wake of 9/11, Cheney took the point on handling the intelligence. To the point where he took the unprecedented step of making his office the main way station for it. He gave heavy weight to sources our own intelligence people thought were unreliable. As Blair stated, they were shaping the intelligence to get the answers they wanted. Stop lying Bill. It is unbecoming.

Utter compromise and corruption of the U.S. judicial system nearly complete. By controlling the judiciary, Obama’s transformation is complete. These are lifetime appointments.
