Reality, of course, is that the "water cure" that old prosecution occurred over was totally different from "waterboarding" as was practiced three times by the CIA after 9/11. Waterboarding was carefully carried out to meet the legal parameters the DOJ set out, specifically to avoid being torture and thus, perfectly legal.
