As someone who remembers "wiggers"- it's quite clear that this sort of "culture" can be embraced by anyone. And when anyone embraces it, they are showing they are antisocial and dangerous to society. When people choose- for whatever sad reasons- to be violent and anti-social, they will sometimes come to bad and violent ends.

A certain group of people of color have been pushing back against the police for a LONG time. They KNOW the police don't work for them, they are their enemies, and mean them ill whenever they can inflict it:

The police don't even patrol their neighborhoods. They protect rich white people. People with power and money, and they always have.
