The perp did wrong by not obeying a lawful command of a police officer. We don't have enough evidence to know if the cop intended to kill him.

You said "there are more RW talk show hosts saying that Garner deserved to be strangled" But you can't name a single one that said that. Now would you call that a lie? even you thought the cop did wrong. I don't think the guy "choking" did any damage to him. I think the others lying on him were the ones who were unknowingly restricting him from breathing. But that is irrelevant .... you said that people were "saying that Garner deserved to be strangled." I don't know anyone who has said that.
