New warrants, etc: Where things get confusing in the filing is separating old from new. The 99,999 "penalty" warrants going to ProBridge are "new". The private warrant for 400,000 shares held by ProBridge is "old". One director (former owner of a TPRO acquisition) got "bonus shares". Are these old or new? The shares being registered for stock options are probably "new". The shares being registered for the publicly traded warrants is "old news". We should take the "Market Overhang" paragraph at face value: 6.48 million shares overhang the market PLUS "a significant number of privately issued shares". Not all of these shares are for sale. But forthrightness from TPRO on this would be appreciated. My conclusion is that at least 2 million shares are for sale now.
