That could seem like dumb questions but I have to remember you don't live in Taxifornia where they take 13.3% of income from the top, tax us at roughly 9% on money spent for anything but food and housing AND take over $10,000 a year in property taxes from the average Bay Area home if you buy today.

There is nothing I wrote that wasn't true but questioning it proves who is a liberal in denial.
Who gets free education???
Anyone who pops out a kid in CA. There is a lot of talk about extending it to preschool so the free education goes from age 4 to 18. After 18, it is greatly subsidized but still a deal here.

Note I did not say it (or anything on my list) was a bad thing....
How do I get a free cell phone???
Call your telecom company and ask what is available to you if you only make $10,000 a year.

I have it shown as a line item on my bill. See fcc.gov

and on and on....

This is too easy to prove but educating liberals in denial they have a spending problem is as hard as proving to an alcoholic they have a drinking problem.

It is amazing how many former government workers in SF are "disabled".... not to pick on them as I know some who collect disability benefits from private sector jobs who now work under the table.

So, is this a true story?

Guess How Much This Couple Receives From The Government For Being ” Too Fat To Work”

The couple gets just over $3,000 per month in government benefits. The married couple are featured in a new documentary titled “Benefits: Too fat too work.” Many people have criticized the documentary, but in a recent interview, Beer defended himself, saying that he has been turned down for jobs because of his weight, but ultimately acknowledging that he doesn’t deserve benefits from the government. “The government are making it easy for people like us,” Beer said frankly. “I don’t think I deserve benefits — I put myself in the situation. I’m trying to sort myself out.”

The show followed Coombe and Beer as they planned their wedding. The cost of that wedding, $4,500, came directly from government benefits.

It sounds like a Faux news story designed to incite internet outrage and constant sharing, such as I just did...

I guess the news is the obesity epidemic isn't confined to the US... I heard several years ago the Europeans called us "bubble people" but that story makes it clear we are not alone!
