Frank,

Insiders selling at low prices does not imply anything, especially
when they still possess hundreds of thousands of shares. BTB
and revenue growth are important, I agree, but not insider selling
in this case.

From an options open-interest analysis, the MM will try to pull the
stock as close to the 20 level as possible by this Friday, when
options expire. This way, holders of Dec20 CALLs and Dec20 PUTs
are each wiped out. This phenomena happens quite often with ATML.
After Friday, it's a whole new ballgame again.
