Nope. 1Drillers are going belly up as oil prices crash, and assets (oil, because of extraction costs,and coal, because it is Killer Coal)) will be stranded. New drillers will emerge, but drilling costs will still remain high. 2)We (the gvt) are building a job-creating clean-running train, instead of (the gvt) building something like 4000 miles of roads and 2 airports used by FF fueled cars and planes. That's just the way it is.
