Did anyone else catch all of Steve Wiggins on Neal Cavuto's Fox Business show this evening. I saw the last few minutes of the interview. He said: Everyone at Oxford is working real hard to figure out what they could have done differently to avoid this situation. The computer problems were known in January and were the subject of discussion with analysts. Well Steve, since not everyone works in billing or systems, I guess they too are confused as to what they could have done. The "computer problems" is that what we are calling it, were not thought by analysts or the company to be the fiasco they truly are. Did anyone else see the whole interview? Am I missing something or did Wiggins performance scare the hell out of anyone else?
