What I was responding to was your characterization of today's decision as a Nomai victory. It was only a partial victory, at best. And it was to be expected since the original injunctions were based on a catridge design which has now been modified.

The outcome of the legal battle over the most important aspects of this case is still unknown.

Now, I personally feel that a complete victory by Nomai would have some impact on Iomega's revenues going forward, but it would not be a death sentence. Iomega would continue to grow. That's just my belief, however. If you choose to believe otherwise and to invest accordingly, then you're certainly entitled.
