Tim,
Yes Ledoux is an assay lab. However as Mark suggested they will not certify results as having come from COC material unless they have no doubt that the chain has not been broken. They will do this by checking the seals placed by BD. Pretty straight forward. When they certify Naxos assays as COC that will mean the seals were not broken.

Ledoux has never said they are not confident or would be unable to certify. In fact they have indicated they will certify both gold and platinum. The delay is because part of the service they are doing for Naxos is evaluating the Johnson/Lett process. This takes time but will be forthcoming.

Henry

p.s. if you and others are going to start using the term shake and bake I would like some attribution. Either that or I will trademark it like Riley did with threepeat ;)

Arguements based on semantics and faulty logic won't work on this thread the way they did on the IPMCF thread. You'll find that you can't get away with taking things out of context and trying to nitpick. We've been through it, we see through it, and we're not impressed by it.
If you are a dissenter and have legitimite questions and ask them in a civil manner like MG and Knight do, you'll find that you will recieve an honest attempt at an answer. If not, you will be either chastised, ignored, or an object of pity like Greystone....

Tim:

Naxos paid Ledoux to analyze and assess the Johnson/Lett process. A few assays is not what they got paid for, although that will come with the package. Analyzing and assessing takes time. This is a new process - hence thoroughness is the keynote. To bill this as just a few assays is incorrect.
