Dear Wallace,
Thanks for the reply, I know a lawyer is a license to steel. however,
if cs did misrepresent their numbers, what is my avenue of remedy?
From a 32 to 14 in a week is just awful.

As an attorney, I regretfully tend to agree that the class action suit is less for the "class" than it is for the "action" the lawyer's get.

Changing gears, I've been really digging deep into CS. I am considering some call options, with a VERY distant expire date. This company will likely either turn around or be taken over, IMO. To be sure, there is no such thing as "it can't go any lower", but I think risk/reward, based on the current balance sheet, leans more towards reward. I have no hard conclusions and will post if/when I crunch them out.

Best of luck to all.
