Jhild it's to bad you've allowed your cynicism and prejudice to degrade your posts to a continued expression of the same opinion. I thought O.J. should have been convicted, however, it didn't happen. There are bigger issues involved in the MSFT case which could set presidence for future cases involving others, some issues go directly to the foundation of the free enterprise system, I recommend you not narrow your focus so much. I respectfully suggest your statement saying MSFT is whining or some simular thing...is plain silly. They know they're playing hardball, the Fed. & State governments are as close to attempting to break this company up as they can get without doing it.
