Hi Offie,
*As a person who plans to pick around helf of what Baron picked today,
can you please express your real concern about the company?
*I DON'T appricate giving away the 500K to Allen Jones. The way I see
it is that is was clearly made bacase of the low stock price. I don't
know why he likes him that much. BTW- When AJ got out of Oilex, and
then latter of ISSM, he said he will sell his ISSM's stake and hold on
to OLEX's.
As I said before, WHAT THE COMPANY NEEDS IS OIL. Adding Allen Jones
will only increase the dilution--nothing more.(it aint a consolting
firm yet. From oil to pr is a long mile) This is why I ask whether
the company has any personal agenda/friendships with Allen Jones.
About NASD's plan to kick out non-reporting co.s: The WSJ reported on
Monday (Most likely: Section C1) that NASD in concernd and prepared to handle the companies who
choose to stay on BB by filling false SEC statments. We may not see
justice in BBs too soon. The company should prepare itself to get out
of this BB and meen it.
Good day,
Marty

PS
You may infer from my prev. post that I put the blame on you
(for manip. the stock). This is very far from the truth.
Volume today: Close to 6M shares. I'm not excited. I only
calculate a small fraction as "real" volume.

Steve,
Re. my qoute: "You may infer from my prev. post that I put the blame on you

The nice way to explain your negative postings is that when
you're a shareholder, you tend to look at all the positives and
can, at times, close your eyes to avoid seenig the negatives. I
try to see it both ways and I want to thank Larry (for the positves)
and you (for the negatives) for halping me see both sides. I know
Larry has a lot more to say (good things) about the company but he's
probably like me: Fed up with wasting his time. Out of 30 posts on
the SI only one can get a rating of 9.
Have a great day,
Marty

Thanks for post #2048

Ajay,
Call one of the MMs. I don't feel like spending anouther second on the SI. MR

Sorry but the volume was close to 6.6M. Now that I already came back (15min.)
I'll say that by "real" I meen that the MMs, almsot (364 out of 365-I presume)
every day shift their stock between each other. It could be for many reasons.
Some to creat volume, tax loss (buying it back), they don't want to hold too
many/little so they share with others MMs...or a thousand morereasons.
